Customer "Service" is a joke

I received this product over the last two days from Walmart.com (2 boxes - one each day). The packaging was very poor. Components were scarred; paint was chipped. Most importantly, there were NO assembly instructions. By the way, the Space Shuttle only has a few more parts. Called Stamina Products (the manufacturer) to ask to have assembly instructions E-mailed. They thought I was from Mars. They did offer to send them snail mail!
Seeing that I was getting no where with the C/S rep, I asked for a supervisor. They put me through to "Management." OF COURSE I got voice-mail. Persisting, I zeroed out, and asked again for a "live body" - beginning to realize that this may be difficult. It was. This C/S rep - as rude as the first - explained that "Vi" the "Manager" was busy (literally right in front of her) speaking with another "Manager."
I asked if that conversation was more important than caring for a customer. The C/S rep insisted, "I'm not going to interrupt "Vi" to speak with a customer.
You get my point.
Needless to say, this item is being returned to my local Wal-Mart today.
Save yourself the hassle. Stay away from Stamina Products.
