| krex725's Full Review: Stamina Products Band Flex Gym 50-0202 |
I've had my Band Flex for about a month. I'm still finding it just as good as the first day. I was able to find a routine that works for me and I know there are many other exercises I can mix in as I want. My only two issues with the Band Flex are 1) the black bands don't seem to fit inside the pulley assembly very well (very tight). I haven't had a reason (i.e. not strong enough) to use the black bands yet so I don't know if this will really interfere or not. 2) After about a week or two, the left pulley for the hand grip cord stopped spinning correctly as you pulled the cord. It seemed like the plastic of the pulley just didn't get a grip on the cord. I solved this by laying down some grip tape around the pulley surface. Since then, it's worked great. Probably just a fluke though. Overall, I really like it and think the price was worth it.
