Excellent machine for the money

Pros: Easy to use. Quick changeover. Great range in weights. Folds away nicely.

Cons: Bands will need replacing, best purchase spare set.

Got sticker shock when looking at BowFlex and other similar offerings. This machine does it all, has more weight than base BowFlex machine - all this at less than half the price of a BowFlex. Folds up nicely too. Read review from other claiming a pinched finger when using and unstable when folded - this person must be an accident waiting to happen...never had any such problems. GREAT value for the money.
