| webpilot's Full Review: Stamina Products Band Flex Gym 50-0202 |
after checking out 2 other Companys that sell a similiar product (high end Bowflex and low end Impex) i settled on the $250 band flex. Unit arrived safe and sound in 2 separate boxes. My first workout was hauling the heavy boxes downstairs to unpack and set up. Please be aware, if you dont know your way around a tool box, this might be a little tough for someone to assemble. I'm a handy kinda guy and found myself assembling the units not by thier step by step but by eyeballing the assembled picture of the unit!!
Anyway, once assembled i was impressed with the quality, very well built and nicely finished. It claims to be rated to handle a 250lb person, although ive seen similiar ads that say 300lbs..Im close to 240 and believe this unit could handle 400lbs or more!! well built indeed..
The workout has everything you need for resistance type training..Its only been 3 weeks for me, im feeling it!!!
This is a good product...BUT for the quality they put into the unit, i would hope the Company could enhance thier training/exercise manual...very skimpy....(like the previous reviewer mentioned)..I went to a website of a competitor and downloaded THEIR workout manual!!! lol. hey whatever works right (much more detailed)!!!. enjoy this unit!!
