Pros: Sturdy, smooth motion, wide range of exercises.
Cons: Not all 67 exercises are demonstrated in manual.
The Bottom Line: I would recommend this to anyone who can't afford a bowflex, for its price, features and good construction.

| pistolguy's Full Review: Stamina Products Band Flex Gym 50-0202 |
I have fallen out shape since I blew out my knee 5 years ago and ended my college football career. I have always wanted the bowflex, but never had the money. My wife has also wanted to get in shape but never wants to go to the gym and I have no time to do so.
I practically fell on this product after hunting for some alternative for bowflex one night. I did searching all over for user reviews, and was unable to find any. For the price I went for it. I have had for a couple weeks now and love this product.
The product is well built and sturdy with very smooth moving parts. The range of exercises is varied and will work the whole body.
Both my wife and myself use it daily, and she is able to find exercises that help her and I try to do them all. The max weight isn't high enough to make this a gym for strength training, but plenty enough to condition and shape your muscles. A great buy!
