Pros: Easy to use; inexpensive; it folds Cons: Not enough resistance for the advanced person; low user weight
The Band Flex Gym may look like a machine with bows but what you are seeing are bands. Specifications: The Flex Gym folds to only 21.5 inches by 27.5 inches. When opened it is about 86 inches high by 78 inches long by 44 inches wide. The ...

Pros: Quality, versatility, ease of use, price. Cons: Seat/back padding is better than many, but could have thicker padding.
I wanted a decent quality home gym that could provide an array of exercises and still fit within my budget. After comparing similar products, I purchased the Band flex Gym (LT-2000) because it met the above requirements, plus, it folded up, included a ...

Pros: Great value, low cost way to test the "lifestyle". Cons: None, really.

Pros: Many workouts, inexpensive, foldable, easy switch between workouts, great technical support from company Cons: Very poor packing, boxes arrived in poor condition, however only small plastic piece was damaged
The Band Flex arrived in 2 boxes on 2 separate days. Both boxes were in poor condition, however only a small easily replaceable plastic cap was cracked into pieces. I was surprised that nothing else was damaged.
There were no missing...

Pros: Well built, affordable, stable during use, versatile, compact fold-up design, provides great workout.
Cons: Preacher curl attachment needs some padding for the chest when doing curls.
The Thought process and a warning:
As a 5' 7" 37 year old once active male turned couch potato, I wanted to do something to get myself back in shape, and decided that a home gym was the right choice for me. My extremely limited living space and...

Pros: Solid construction, great value, takes up little space when folded Cons: Padding on the seat could be more generous
I was searching for several weeks for a home gym under $400 that could fold up when not in use. After reading several reviews and visiting local sporting goods stores, I decided on the Stamina LT2000. I ordered from Wal-Mart online, and the gym was ...

Pros: Outstanding value for the money, high quality, easy to assemble and use Cons: not really
I bought the Stamina Band Flex Gym together with the Stamina 7000 Upright Bike a short while ago in the Internet for exactly $500 (Gym $320, Bike $180), including shipping. The Band Flex comes in 2 boxes, the Exercise Bike in one box. I found the ...

Excellent machine for the money
by a00030864 ,Dec 09 '06
Pros: Easy to use. Quick changeover. Great range in weights. Folds away nicely. Cons: Bands will need replacing, best purchase spare set.
Got sticker shock when looking at BowFlex and other similar offerings. This machine does it all, has more weight than base BowFlex machine - all this at less than half the price of a BowFlex. Folds up nicely too. Read review from other claiming a pinched finger when using and unstable when folded - this person must be an accident waiting to happen...never had any such problems. GREAT value for the money.
